Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team. The BCBA will:

  • Design and oversee individualized treatment programs
  • Provide hands-on supervision and mentorship to RBTs
  • Partner with families to promote meaningful, sustainable growth for each child

The ideal candidate is passionate about evidence-based, trauma-informed, and neuro-affirming care and thrives in a collaborative environment that values learning, balance, and professional integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (functional behavior assessments, skills assessments, preference assessments)
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans emphasizing skill building, regulation, and self-advocacy
  • Provide direct supervision, coaching, and mentorship to RBTs and graduate students in training
  • Collaborate with families to provide parent training and guidance, empowering caregivers as active partners in treatment
  • Maintain timely, high-quality documentation and data-based decision-making
  • Participate in team meetings, clinical collaboration, and professional development opportunities
  • Model ethical, compassionate, and person-centered practice aligned with Rally’s values

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field
  • Active BCBA certification and LABA licensure (or eligibility) in Massachusetts
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; ability to foster trust and collaboration
  • Experience working with children and families in clinical or educational settings
  • Commitment to Rally’s culture of kindness, constructive feedback, and professional growth
  • Recent graduates or provisionally credentialed BCBAs are encouraged to apply.

Work Expectations

  • Full-time (40 hours/week) with flexible scheduling options
  • Occasional travel to client locations within the local area
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and actively engage in play-based sessions
