Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team. The BCBA will design and oversee individualized treatment programs, provide hands-on supervision and mentorship to RBTs, and partner with families to promote meaningful, sustainable growth for each child.

The ideal candidate is passionate about evidence-based, trauma-informed, and neuro-affirming care and thrives in a collaborative environment that values learning, balance, and professional integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (functional behavior assessments, skills assessments, preference assessments).

  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans that emphasize skill building, regulation, and self-advocacy.

  • Provide direct supervision, coaching, and mentorship to RBTs and graduate students in training.

  • Collaborate with families to provide parent training and guidance, empowering caregivers as active partners in treatment.

  • Maintain timely, high-quality documentation and data-based decision-making.

  • Participate in team meetings, clinical collaboration, and professional development opportunities.

  • Model ethical, compassionate, and person-centered practice that aligns with Rally’s values.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.

  • Active BCBA certification and LABA licensure (or eligibility) in Massachusetts.

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; ability to foster trust and collaboration.

  • Experience working with children and families in clinical or educational settings.

  • Commitment to Rally’s culture of kindness, constructive feedback, and professional growth.

  • Recent graduates or provisionally credentialed BCBAs are encouraged to apply.

Work Expectations

  • Full-time (40 hours/week) with flexible scheduling options.

  • Occasional travel to client locations within the local area.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and actively engage in play-based sessions.
